Location / Pick-Up Orders
At this time, we do not happen to have an official RokFit retail location. However, you are more than welcome to drop by our warehouse and one of our team members will gladly assist in helping you shop for the items you want to ROK.
Absolutely! If you would like to make a change to a pick up order that was placed online, please feel free to reach out to our support team at support@rokfit.com OR ask a fellow RokFit team member for assistance upon arriving for your pick up.
Order Fulfillment
If you are looking for your order’s confirmation, we highly recommend checking your spam/junk folder, as sometimes our emails can end up there. Weird, right?! If you are still unable to find your order confirmation, please feel free to contact our support team at support@rokfit.com and our team will be more than happy to resend your email confirmation(s) to you.
Absolutely! As long as your order has not been shipped, we can make updates to your order.
You bet! If your order has yet to ship, we can proceed to cancel your order. If your order has already been shipped, you will then need to submit a return request through our returns center.
Payments
We kindly ask that you allow 5-7 business days after your refund has been processed, in order for your refund to appear back in the account that was used to make your purchase.
Unfortunately we are unable to update a customer’s billing / payment information on an order once the order has been submitted.
If you did not happen to submit an official payment to RokFit’s website and are currently noticing a pending charge from us, please note that this is highly likely a result from an invalid payment attempt.
This means that you may have attempted to place an order by submitting your payment at checkout, but received an error notice regarding an invalid payment submission, rather than confirmation that your order has been placed.
If you have recently experienced the circumstance listed above, please note that your order was not successfully placed, but a payment was attempted and rejected at checkout.
When this happens, it is likely that there was an issue with the information in which was provided for your desired payment method. I.e, invalid zip code, wrong card number, incorrect phone number, etc.
If this happens, no worries! This charge will eventually drop off of your statement within 2-3 business days.
If this charge does not happen to remove itself within the given time, we highly recommend reaching out to our support team at support@rokfit.com for further assistance.
Rewards / Discounts
You bet we do! RokFit offers a 10% off discount code for those who serve and protect! If you are a member of our military or a first responder, please feel free to click the here to get your code today!
Unfortunately once a discount code has expired, we will not be able to reactivate the discount code.
RokFit does not allow the usage of more than one discount code per order.
Please note that RokFit prohibits the use of most discount codes during all RokFit sales.
To redeem your rewards points:
Once logged into your user account by clicking the user icon on the top right of your screen, on the bottom left of your screen, click the RF Rewards icon.

1: Then click on the 'Redeem Points' button.
2: Click on the Redeem button for the rewards you wish to redeem.
3: Click on Apply to Checkout to use the code on your next order
4: You can view all redeemed rewards in the Rewards section by clicking Your Rewards
Shipping
You bet we do! RokFit offers worldwide shipping for all! Feel free to explore all of our international shipping options at checkout. Also, don’t forget to take a look at our international shipping policy on the way!
For sure! If your gear has yet to be shipped from our warehouse, you are more than welcome to reach out to our support team with your desired shipping address and our team will gladly get your shipping address updated on your order.
If you have yet to receive your package after it was marked delivered by the carrier, we kindly ask that you please allow 2-3 business days for your package to appear. -Sometimes a carrier can mistakenly mark a package as delivered before actually delivering the package itself. If your package has still not been received 3 business days after your initial delivery notification, please do not hesitate to reach out to our support team at support@rokfit.com and our team will be more than happy to be of further assistance with this circumstance. Thank you so much for your patience in the meantime!
Sizing / Material / Products

During mass production, it can be pretty easy for a defective item or two to go unnoticed. No worries, as we would love to be of help with getting your gear replaced! At your earliest convenience, we kindly ask that you please reach out to our support squad at support@rokfit.com and our team will be sure to be of help with getting you all set up for a replacement.
We have phased out our customs division. This means that we’ll no longer be taking on custom jobs. However, we sincerely appreciate and respect your interest in copping custom gear with RokFit.
RokFit provides gear with fabrics manufactured in the U.S.A., along with imported fabrics that are then designed printed & finished in the US.
Every body type is different and unfortunately that means that we are unable to provide an accurate description of how an item may fit on your body type.
Please also note that we offer a variety of different material blends. This can sometimes result in our tees having a slightly different fit, depending on the blend.
No worries, as we happen to list sizing charts for each product. We even provide directions on how to measure.
The sizing chart for the item in which you are wishing to purchase, will be the best of help when finding the perfect size for your body! You can find an item’s sizing chart by clicking the toggle for “Product Info” underneath the “Add to Cart” button and a size chart will provide more info. This will allow you to find the perfect size!
For all t-shirts listed in our store, we recommend machine washing your garments in warm water, inside-out, with like colors. Then, tumble dry on low heat.
